30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is in its original, unused condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@novabot.store with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the reason for return
- Photos of the product (if damaged or faulty)
Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5β10 business days.
Faulty or Damaged Products
Under applicable consumer protection law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for products with a major fault. If your NovaBot arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, we will cover all return shipping costs and prioritise your case.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days, provided the product is unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used, damaged by misuse, or modified
- Items returned after 30 days without prior approval
- Digital products or software licenses
Warranty
All NovaBot products come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
